• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

✅ Accepted Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

1️⃣ Defective or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund.
• Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/videos showing the issue.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging for a valid return request.

2️⃣ Sizing Issues (For Clothing Only)

• If the size doesn’t fit as expected, we offer a one-time replacement for a different size.
• Customers must request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns for "change of mind" purchases.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for worn or used items.

⚡ Refund Process

• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds or replacements for sizing issues may depend on Supplier return policy approval.
